Checks that run while you do something else

Select up to 30 creators and press Check eligibility. The check runs on our server inside your signed-in Backstage session, so you can close the window and come back. The board updates when the check is done, and each creator gets a result: Premium invite, Normal invite, Affiliated account, Low playback history, In another agency, Not eligible with a reason, or Not found.

Results that keep their date

Every result is saved with the time it was checked. When a result is a few weeks old, or a creator's situation may have changed, you can see that at a glance and check again before inviting. Creators who were not eligible because of not enough LIVE history are often worth another look later.

Your region, your answer

Because each check runs in your agency's own Backstage, the result reflects your agency: your region, your invitation types and your invitations left. Two agencies can get different answers for the same creator. When Backstage gives a reason such as unsupported region, the checker shows it as it is.

Fewer wasted invitations

Invitations are limited, and every one spent on a creator who is already in another agency is lost. The checker marks those creators In another agency, flags creators with an affiliated (multiple-account) warning, and shows how many premium and normal invitations your account has left. Your recruiters can then spend the day talking to creators they can actually sign.

A record you can share

Mark the creators you contacted and export the board to Excel or CSV to share with the rest of the team. Each recruiter has their own account, signed in on up to two devices, and results stay with that account, so you never check the same creator twice by mistake.

Pricing in US dollars

The plan is the same everywhere: $300 per month plus $16.44 processing costs, $316.44 billed monthly through Stripe. Your card is charged in US dollars, so your bank may show a converted amount in Australian dollars. Cancel any time by emailing info@devignlb.com.
