Check at the speed you recruit
Each check covers up to 30 creators, and each account can check up to 3,000 creators per day. Start a batch, keep working, and the board fills in with a result for every creator: Premium invite, Normal invite, Affiliated account, Low playback history, In another agency, Not eligible with a reason, or Not found.
If your Backstage account has no invitations left, Backstage greys out Invite. Eligibility checks still work; only the optional affiliate-risk check needs an invitation available.
Fits into the tools you already use
Many US agencies track recruiting in a CRM or a shared spreadsheet. Filter the board by Premium or Eligible, mark the creators you contacted and export the list to Excel or CSV, with the check time, so your pipeline starts from creators you know you can invite.
Protect your premium invitations
Backstage keeps premium and normal invitations as separate allowances, and Scout Tools shows how many of each your account has left. For each eligible creator the checker tells you which type your Backstage offers, so you can decide where a premium invitation is worth spending. For the creators you want most, the optional affiliate-risk check shows an “Affiliated account risk” warning before you reach out, without sending an invite.
English and Spanish-speaking creators
A lot of US recruiting happens in English and Spanish. The dashboard is in English (and Arabic), and the eligibility checker page on this site is also available in Spanish for team members who prefer it.
A US company, billed in US dollars
Scout Tools is sold by Devign LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming. The plan is $300 per month plus $16.44 processing costs, $316.44 billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe, and renews until you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing info@devignlb.com; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Who is the seller?
Devign LLC, registered in Casper, Wyoming. Payments are processed by Stripe; Devign never sees full card numbers.
Can several recruiters use one account?
No. Each member account can be signed in on up to two devices, and accounts are not shared. Each recruiter needs their own account.
Can I export results?
Yes. Export the board to Excel or CSV, including your contacted marks.
