Why MENA agencies use the checker
Recruiting for a MENA agency usually means many creators across many countries, from the Gulf to the Levant and North Africa, and a limited number of invitations. Opening each creator in Backstage one by one is slow, and the answer is gone as soon as you move on.
With Scout Tools you select up to 30 creators, press Check eligibility and get a result for each one from your agency's own Backstage: Premium invite, Normal invite, Affiliated account, Low playback history, In another agency, Not eligible with a reason, or Not found. Results stay on your board with the time of the check, so you never check the same creator twice by mistake.
A scouting pool built from the MENA leagues
The checker sits on top of a live pool of TikTok LIVE creators drawn from all 18 MENA league divisions, A1–A3, B1–B5, C1–C5 and D1–D5. The source is checked every 5 minutes and the board shows when it was last fetched.

Arabic first, not translated as an afterthought
Many MENA recruiting teams work in Arabic. Scout Tools has a complete Arabic interface with a right-to-left layout, including every eligibility result and every reason Backstage gives. The labels match what your team sees on the board, such as خطر تعدد الحسابات for affiliated (multiple-account) risk.
Recruiters on the same team can each choose Arabic or English and switch at any time. This site is also available in Arabic, including the eligibility checker page and the guides.
What to watch for
The checker reports what Backstage shows and adds no rules of its own. When a creator is Not eligible, read the reason: over the follower limit, multiple-account risk, unsupported region, not enough LIVE history or already being invited each suggest a different next step. For creators you want most, the optional affiliate-risk check opens the invite, reads any warning and cancels. No invite is sent.

Yes. The whole interface, including eligibility results and reasons, is available in Arabic with a right-to-left layout, and each user can switch between Arabic and English.
