One check for a whole list of creators
A LATAM recruiting team can easily collect dozens of promising handles in an afternoon, from Mexico to Argentina and from Brazil to Colombia. Checking each one in Backstage takes time, and invitations spent on creators who are already in another agency are lost.
Select up to 30 creators and run one eligibility check. Each creator gets a result from your Backstage: Premium invite, Normal invite, Affiliated account, Low playback history, In another agency, Not eligible with the reason, or Not found. Each account can check up to 3,000 creators per day.
Recruiting across borders
Latin American agencies often look at creators in several countries at once. Whether your agency can invite a given creator is decided by Backstage, not by us. When Backstage gives a reason such as unsupported region, the checker shows it next to the creator, so your team stops chasing creators it cannot sign and focuses on the ones it can.
Because each check runs in your own signed-in Backstage session, the answer reflects your agency: your region, your invitation types and your invitations left.
Spanish, Portuguese and your team
The Scout Tools dashboard is in English and Arabic, and the result labels are short and consistent. To brief a Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking team, share the eligibility checker page in Spanish or in Brazilian Portuguese: both explain every result in the team's language. The links are further down this page.
Work in your own time zone
Checks run on our server inside your Backstage session. Start a batch, close the window and come back later: the board updates when the check is done, and every result keeps the time it was checked, so a result from last week is easy to spot and re-check.

Questions
Is there a Spanish or Portuguese version of the dashboard?
The dashboard is in English and Arabic. The eligibility checker page on this site is available in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese and explains each result.
Can I check creators in another Latin American country?
You can check any creator from your board. Backstage decides whether your agency can invite them, and if it gives a reason such as unsupported region, the checker shows it.
Does checking a creator send them an invite?
No. Checks never send an invite. The optional affiliate-risk check opens the invite in your Backstage, reads any warning and cancels.
