Checking creators one by one in Backstage is slow, and copying handles into a spreadsheet loses the answer the moment you close the tab. Scout Tools runs the check inside your agency's own TikTok LIVE Backstage session, so the answer is the one your agency would get, not a guess.

What each eligibility result means
The checker reports what your Backstage shows for each creator. It does not add its own rules, so the wording below follows the labels you see in Backstage.

Sign in with your agency's TikTok LIVE Backstage account. If Backstage asks for a code or a puzzle, you complete it in a live window. Your password is used once and never stored.
Select creators
Tick up to 30 creators on the board, or use Select 30. Filter by league, country or new creators first so the batch is worth checking.
Read the results
Each creator gets a result: Premium invite, Normal invite, Affiliated account, Low playback history, In another agency, Not eligible with a reason, or Not found.
Save your shortlist
Results stay on the board. Filter by Eligible or Premium, mark who you contacted and export the list to Excel or CSV.

Is this an official TikTok tool?
No. Scout Tools is an independent product by Devign. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. It works with your agency's own TikTok LIVE Backstage account.
Do I need a TikTok LIVE Backstage account?
Yes. You connect your agency's own Backstage account and every check runs there, so the results are the ones your agency would see.
How many creators can I check at once?
Up to 30 creators per check. Each account can check up to 3,000 creators per day.
What is the scouting pool?
A searchable pool of TikTok LIVE creators built from the 18 MENA league divisions (A1–A3, B1–B5, C1–C5, D1–D5), with the source checked every 5 minutes. It has country, diamond, league and eligibility filters, contacted marks and Excel or CSV export, so you can find creators before you check them.
What is the difference between Premium invite and Normal invite?
They are the two invitation types Backstage can offer your agency for a creator. The checker shows which one your Backstage offers, and how many invitations of each type your account has left. It does not decide which type a creator gets.
What does affiliated (multiple-account) risk mean?
It means Backstage showed an “Affiliated account risk” warning for the creator, or listed multiple-account risk as the reason they are not eligible. The checker shows the warning; it cannot see which other accounts are involved.
Will it show if a creator is already in another agency?
Yes. Creators that Backstage reports as signed to another agency are marked In another agency.
Does the checker send invites?
No. Checks never send an invite. The optional affiliate-risk check opens a creator's invite in your Backstage to read the warning, then cancels it. No invite is sent.
Are my results saved?
Yes. Results are saved to your account with the time of the check, next to your shortlist and contacted marks. There is no automatic reset.
Which regions are covered?
Scout Tools supports TikTok LIVE agencies in all regions, including MENA, LATAM, Turkey, Europe, the United States and Australia, at the same price. Each check runs in your agency's own Backstage, so the result follows your agency's region. The built-in scouting pool follows the 18 MENA league divisions.

Is my Backstage password stored?
No. Your password is used once to sign in and is never stored. Only the signed-in session is kept, and you can disconnect at any time, which deletes it from our server.
