Who we are

Scout Tools is operated by Devign LLC, a limited liability company registered in Casper, Wyoming, United States. Our team works remotely from Lebanon. Devign LLC is the merchant for every Scout Tools subscription.

These Scout Tools terms sit alongside the Devign LLC company-wide Terms of Service. Where the two differ, these terms control for Scout Tools.

What Scout Tools is

Scout Tools is a web workspace for TikTok LIVE agencies. Its main feature is an eligibility checker: you connect your agency's own TikTok LIVE Backstage account and check whether creators can be invited to your agency. It also includes a scouting pool of TikTok LIVE creators.

Scout Tools is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. The checker reports what your Backstage shows at the moment of the check. TikTok can change Backstage at any time, and a change on their side can affect or interrupt a feature. We do not guarantee that a creator will accept an invite, join your agency or earn anything.

Who can subscribe

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you subscribe for an agency or company, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms. You must only connect a TikTok LIVE Backstage account that you are authorised to use, and you remain responsible for following TikTok's own terms for that account.

Plan, price and payment

Scout Tools has one plan: $300 per month plus $16.44 processing costs, so $316.44 billed monthly in US dollars. If a tax applies to your purchase, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's checkout; Devign never sees or stores your full card number. Access starts once Stripe confirms the payment, and Stripe emails a receipt for every charge.

Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically every month, on the date you first subscribed, until you cancel. If we ever change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

You can cancel at any time from Account settings, under Billing & cancellation: one confirmation and renewal is switched off. If you cannot sign in, email info@devignlb.com from the address on your account and we cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

Refunds

Charges are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund, for a duplicate or incorrect charge, or when Devign materially fails to deliver the service and cannot fix it within a reasonable time. We do not give prorated refunds for unused time. Consumers in the EU and UK also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to ask for a refund or use that right.

Your account

Each member account can be signed in on up to two devices at a time. An account is for one person: sharing an account, or its password, with other people is not allowed. Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Connecting TikTok LIVE Backstage

The eligibility checker runs inside your agency's own Backstage account. Your Backstage password is used only to sign in and is not stored; the signed-in session is kept on our server so checks can run, and it is deleted when you press Disconnect.

Checks are read-only. They never send an invite. The optional affiliate-risk check opens a creator's invite in your Backstage to read any warning and then cancels it, so no invite is sent. Each account can check up to 30 creators per check and up to 3,000 creators per day.

Acceptable use

When you use Scout Tools, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to harass, mislead or pressure creators
• share, resell or give others access to your account or to the creator data in it
• copy the service or its data in bulk, or access it with bots or scripts other than the features we provide
• interfere with its security or operation, or try to reach another user's data
• connect a Backstage account you are not authorised to use

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to run Scout Tools well, but it is provided as available. Outages at TikTok, Stripe or our hosting providers can affect it. To the extent the law allows, Devign is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for Scout Tools is limited to what you paid us for it in the six months before the event that led to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, unlawful use, a security risk, account sharing or non-payment. Where reasonably possible we give notice first and a chance to put things right.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Wyoming, United States. The courts of Natrona County, Wyoming have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you rights or a court that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms. We will tell you about a material change to your paid subscription before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
