Start from the league boards
The Scout Tools pool is built from the 18 MENA league divisions: A1–A3, B1–B5, C1–C5 and D1–D5. The source is checked every 5 minutes, and the board shows when it was last fetched, so you are looking at creators who recently appeared on those boards.
Narrow the list before you open anyone
Each creator shows their league division and diamonds, so you can decide where to look first. Then narrow the board:
- League division: pick the divisions you want to recruit from.
- Country: focus on the markets your team covers.
- Diamonds: set a minimum, a maximum or both.
- New in the last 60 minutes: see creators who just appeared.
- Not scanned: show only creators you have not checked yet.
- Search: type a handle or a division such as B2.
Check before you reach out
Select up to 30 creators and run the eligibility check from your agency's own TikTok LIVE Backstage. You see who you can invite, with a Premium or Normal invite, who is in another agency and who is not eligible, with the reason, before anyone writes a message.
Keep the record
Mark the creators you contacted and export the list to Excel or CSV for your team. Every result keeps the time it was checked, so you can see which creators are worth checking again.
