Many markets, one board
An agency in Europe may recruit in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Nordics and beyond, often with a small team. Scout Tools puts every check on one board: select up to 30 creators, run the check and read a result for each one, with the reason when a creator is not eligible.
The reasons come straight from Backstage, for example over the follower limit, multiple-account risk, unsupported region, not enough LIVE history or already being invited. The checker does not add its own rules or guess TikTok's.
Your data, handled carefully
European agencies rightly ask what happens to their data. Your Backstage password is used only to sign in and is never stored. The signed-in Backstage session and your eligibility results are deleted when you press Disconnect, and activity logs are kept for 90 days for security and support.
Our Privacy Policy explains your rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and how to exercise them.
Small teams covering several markets
European agencies are often run by a few people covering several markets. Every result is saved with the time it was checked and stays on your board, so you can see at a glance which creators you already checked, what the result was and when. Export the list to Excel or CSV to share it with colleagues; each person uses their own account, signed in on up to two devices.
Clear billing and consumer rights
The price is the same in every country: $316.44 billed monthly through Stripe, in US dollars, with any applicable tax shown at checkout before you pay. You can cancel any time by email, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived, such as a statutory withdrawal right where it applies, are not affected by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Languages
The dashboard is in English and Arabic. The eligibility checker page on this site is also available in Spanish, Portuguese and Turkish, which helps teams that recruit Spanish-, Portuguese- or Turkish-speaking creators living in Europe.
