You should not have to pay to find out whether a tool fits your team. The free preview lets you sign in with an email and password, no card, and look at the real dashboard. Here is what you see and what stays locked.

What you get for free
A free account opens the Scout Tools dashboard with a frozen sample of 100 creators. You can search, sort and filter inside the sample, filter by country and league division, and open creators on TikTok.
What stays locked
The full creator pool, refresh, the eligibility checker, live checks, export and contacted marks are part of the paid plan. In the preview they are visible with a lock, so you can see exactly what you would get.
Why the sample is frozen
The preview does not refresh and does not add new creators, on purpose: new creators are what the paid plan is for. The sample is the same for everyone, and it carries no eligibility results.
How to judge it in ten minutes
Open the board and try the filters you would use every week. Look at how the creator list reads on your phone and in Arabic or English. Then look at the locked eligibility checker and ask whether it would save your team the time it spends checking by hand.
When you are ready
The paid plan is $300 per month plus $16.44 processing costs, $316.44 billed monthly through Stripe, with the same price everywhere. You can cancel by email, and access continues to the end of the paid period.

Do I need a card for the free preview?
No. You only need an email address and a password.
Does the preview send anything to TikTok?
No. It shows a frozen sample inside Scout Tools and does not connect to your Backstage.
