How Scout Tools improves recruiting for TikTok LIVE agencies

Most of the time in agency recruiting is not spent writing messages. It is spent finding creators and finding out whether you can invite them. Scout Tools is built for that part, and here is what it changes.

The slow part is checking, not writing

Checking a creator in Backstage answers one question for one creator, and the answer is gone as soon as you move on. A team that keeps its list in a spreadsheet ends up copying handles around and losing results.

That is time spent before a single message is sent, and it is where invitations get wasted on creators who were never available.

From a list of handles to an answer in one pass

Select up to 30 creators on the board and press Check eligibility. The check runs inside your agency's own TikTok LIVE Backstage session, so the answer is the one your agency would get. Each creator comes back as Premium invite, Normal invite, Affiliated account, Low playback history, In another agency, Not eligible with the reason, or Not found.

It checks up to 3,000 creators per account per day, and it never sends an invite. For the creators you want most, an optional affiliate-risk check opens the invite, reads any warning and cancels.

A pool to find creators in the first place

Scout Tools also gives you somewhere to look. The pool is built from the 18 MENA league divisions, A1–A3, B1–B5, C1–C5 and D1–D5, and the source is checked every 5 minutes.

Filter by league division, country, diamonds or creators new in the last 60 minutes, use Not scanned to see only creators you have not checked, and search by handle.

A record the whole team shares

Every result is saved on the board with the time it was checked, so nobody checks the same creator twice by mistake and an old result is easy to spot. Mark the creators you contacted and export the list to Excel or CSV.

Each recruiter uses their own account, signed in on up to two devices, and the interface is available in Arabic and English with a right-to-left layout.

What it does not do

Scout Tools is Devign's own product, not a TikTok product: Devign is an official TikTok LIVE agency partner and TikTok games partner, and Scout Tools works through your agency's own Backstage sign-in. It reports what your Backstage shows at the moment of the check and adds no rules of its own, and it cannot see which accounts are linked. It does not write your messages for you, and it does not replace talking to creators.

Try it free

Create a free account with just an email and password, no card, and browse a frozen sample of 100 creators to see how the board works. The full pool, refresh, eligibility checker and export are part of the paid plan: $300 per month plus $16.44 processing costs, $316.44 billed monthly through Stripe.

Questions

Is Scout Tools an official TikTok tool?

No. It is Devign's own product, not a TikTok product. Devign is an official TikTok LIVE agency partner and TikTok games partner, with agencies across all the regions it operates in. Scout Tools works through your agency's own TikTok LIVE Backstage sign-in.

Does it send invitations?

No. A check never sends an invite, so your invitations left do not go down.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. A free account shows a frozen sample of 100 creators, and the paid plan adds the full pool, the eligibility checker, refresh and export.
