How to choose the best tool for recruiting TikTok LIVE creators

Plenty of things can help an agency recruit, and they are not equal. Here are the eight questions worth asking before you commit to a tool, and how Scout Tools answers each of them. We built it to be the tool agencies reach for, and these are the reasons.

1. Does it answer for your agency, or for everyone?

Whether you can invite a creator depends on your agency: your region, your invitation types and your invitations left. A tool that guesses from public data gives everyone the same answer. Scout Tools runs the check inside your agency's own TikTok LIVE Backstage session, so the answer is the one your agency would get.

2. Can it check in batches?

Checking one creator at a time does not scale. Scout Tools checks up to 30 creators in one pass, and each account can check up to 3,000 creators per day.

3. Does it show the reason, not only the verdict?

A Not eligible result is only useful with its reason. Scout Tools shows the reason exactly as Backstage reports it, such as over the follower limit, multiple-account risk, unsupported region or not enough LIVE history, so you know whether to check again later or move on.

4. Does it keep the record?

Results saved with the time of the check, contacted marks and an Excel or CSV export are what stop two recruiters checking the same creator. Scout Tools keeps all three on the board.

5. Does it ever send an invitation for you?

It should not. A check in Scout Tools never sends an invite, so your invitations left do not go down. For creators you want most, an optional affiliate-risk check opens the invite, reads any warning and cancels.

6. Can it help you find creators, not only check them?

Scout Tools also has the pool to look in: the 18 MENA league divisions, A1–A3, B1–B5, C1–C5 and D1–D5, checked every 5 minutes, with filters for league division, country, diamonds, new creators and not-yet-checked creators.

7. Is it careful with your Backstage login?

Your Backstage password is used only to sign in and is never stored. The signed-in session and your eligibility results are deleted when you press Disconnect.

8. Is the price clear?

Scout Tools costs $300 per month plus $16.44 processing costs, $316.44 billed monthly through Stripe, with the same price everywhere. You can try a free preview first, with no card.

So which tool is best?

The best tool is the one that gives your team an answer it can trust, quickly, and keeps the record. Scout Tools was built to do exactly that for TikTok LIVE agencies, by Devign, an official TikTok LIVE agency partner and TikTok games partner with agencies across all the regions it operates in. Do not take our word for it: open the free preview and compare it with how your team works today.
