A weekly recruiting routine for a small TikTok LIVE agency
A small team does not need a complicated process, it needs a repeatable one. This five-day routine keeps scouting, checking and outreach from getting mixed up, and keeps a record the whole team can read.

Monday: scout
Build the week's list. Filter the pool by the league divisions and countries you are recruiting from, add a diamonds range if it helps, and use creators new in the last 60 minutes to catch people who just appeared. Aim for a few batches of up to 30.
Tuesday: check
Run the eligibility check batch by batch. A batch of up to 30 takes about 30 seconds in the check itself. Read the reasons on every Not eligible result, and run the affiliate-risk check on the creators you want most.
Wednesday: reach out
Write to the creators you can invite, starting with your best fits. Keep each first message short and specific, and mark every creator as contacted as you go.
Thursday: follow up
Send one polite follow-up to creators who have not replied, and answer the ones who have. Note who is interested, who said no and who asked you to come back later.
Friday: review
Export the board to Excel or CSV and look at the week together. Pick creators whose results are getting old and re-check them, and decide next week's markets and divisions. Each recruiter works from their own account, so the record stays clear.
Questions
How long does this take?
It depends on your team and how many creators you scout. The routine keeps each day to one kind of work so nothing gets mixed up.
Do I need a team to use it?
No. One recruiter can run the same routine. Each person uses their own account, signed in on up to two devices.
